I’m sitting here feeling grumpy with a gout tingling in my left foot. I’m ready.
Bernard Jensens dark cherry concentrate, 1/4 cup with 1/2 cup water. Knocks out flare ups quickly, after I found this I been using it for years, it’s more of a preventative I do once a month at this point. Haven’t had a flare up in a few years now.
You just reminded me of cherries. They really do work. Haven’t had a flare up in years.
