General conspiracy speculation tends toward DARPA being "bad" and these technologies being developed to control us (like everything). But what if... ?

Yes the internet is a way for all to communicate worldwide. My question is why was JFK in an open car when he knew he was targeted.
He simply may not have fully comprehended the evil working against him. Also, he may not have voiced any concerns he may have had, or his concerns may have been quelled by those who were "in on it".
Consider: In many respects, US "innocence" died with JFK. We now have a much better understanding of globalist/DS/agency agendas, plots, actions and operations, and just how deep evil, revenge and the quest for money and power go, but in November 1963 (before a rash of assassinations and fake wars), JFK may (intentionally) not have been adequately "read in" to intel/risks/threats and may not have seriously considered it likely - or even possible - that those who hated him or disagreed with him would ACTUALLY kill him/kill a president.
