Nope. They need to be arrested on the House and Senate floors, led away in handcuffs and make darn certain the proceedings are shown on all national nightly news broadcasts.
Some of this hush money is very likely paid for acts that are criminal, but there is also likely many are paid for acts that would not reach a criminal level such as sexual harassment.
I agree that those that committed criminal acts should be removed like criminals. Those that did not commit actual criminal acts should also be removed from Congress but an arrest would not be possible.
The sexual abuse payout records would show those who are subject to BLACKMAIL!
