I think everybody on earth thought that back 2022. Ukraine still standing is obvious evidence of Russia holding back. Pretty sure the “war” in Ukraine is something other than an actual war.

You might be right. I thought the same thing for a while, but I’ve become skeptical. Looking weak in the eyes of the world is not something Putin would want to do for a prolonged time. But, the reality is we have no true idea about what is really going on there,
