The Hospital has reportedly closed most of its Labor and Delivery Services. Due to the conflict that part appears to be true.
What they conveniently leave out. Is that other services at the Hospital remain unaffected and The Hospital only has 65 beds total. They deliberately create the impression it is a sprawling hospital of a 2,000 beds. When it is not. There are Rural bumfuck nowhere Medical Clinics in the U.S with more space for patients.
U.S Military Medical Facilities will and do also treat allied personnel from conflict zones as well. Of which this conflict has generated some of those as well. Landsthul is also one of the only Level 2 Trauma facilities the Army controls overseas. It’s also going to be one of the first stops for Wounded who can’t be treated in theater transferring to Hospitals back state side. And a spot where Emergency Surgery can be conducted as well.
It logically holds they’ll want to ensure the maximum amount of space is available for a worse case scenario and they need to process a large number of wounded. And Labor and Delivery is one of those services anyone of hundreds of smaller hospitals, Military or otherwise, can preform competently. So a suspension of services now logically makes sense. So they don’t have to do it in the middle of a worst case scenario.
Could orders from Pentagon or other Brass come down in order to help the propaganda war (high casualties ) ?

I mean yes. In theory the Pentagon could be ordering to hide casualty figures. But you run into the problem of it’ll be kinda difficult to disguise the facility processing a large volume of wounded. Especially as the facility is so small. Aside from the fact it’s in the middle of a base and routinely deals with Medical concerns of civilians on base. Not to mention soldiers and their families.
Large volumes of wounded be processed treated and transferred would stand out and get noticed. Enlisted Soldiers talk. As do civilians. The Ambulances shuttling back and forth. Aircraft touching down and lifting off. If not in the base then around it as German Civilians notice an uptick in the number of arriving aircraft. Someone would be posting on social media. Information blackout or not. And since the media is the media and they hate the man in office. They would most certainly run with it.
It’s more likely conspiracy influencers being contrarian for the sake of being contrarian. Most of them have built their brands off of negativity, righteous Anger, and Outrage. It sells their merch and drives clicks.
This is especially lucrative in this instance since 1. The Israelis are involved in the campaign and nothing sets Anons off like the Israelis being involved in anything. Knee-jerk ‘the Jews’ emotional reaction.
And 2. Many of the big Conspiracy Talking Heads all universally adopted the same talking points with no real variation about the air campaign. Which suggests someone is actively trying to manipulate people and set a narrative. Which likely means money is changing hands behind the scenes.
My error I meant to imply only the Brass may just be supporting the lie (propaganda) of high casualties.
