There may be other alternatives/plans, but this'd be a good strategy as it would have sufficient public support, wouldn't rely on the wolves currently guarding the henhouse to effectively cripple and/or eliminate themselves, would mostly fix elections in the short- and long-terms, would enable The People to get rid of corrupt and compromised officeholders, and would set a course for future action and success.
