Add a dozen or so B-1's & B-2's loaded with 2,000 lb Towel shredders.
The CENTCOM commander should put up a dozen or more CAPs over the north shore of the strait. That way the Fighters can shoot down the drones before they reach the ships. The pilots will have their fangs dragging in the sand going after them.
That's not the full picture... I guarantee there's plenty of subs patrolling.
