Democratic Sen. John Fetterman, an ardent supporter of Israel who also backs the U.S. attack against Iran, suggested that his party is lead by Trump Derangement Syndrome.

"TDS" is an abbreviation for Trump Derangement Syndrome, a term often used by Trump supporters to describe strong opposition to the former president.
