The amusing thing is this has happened now repeatedly with both Prosecutors, Judges, and Defense Lawyers all over the country. I get paging through a couple centuries worth of retarded cases and bullshit legal precedent isn’t fun. But come on man. You kinda knew spending hundreds of hours on bullshit was a risk of the Job when you took on the job of interpreting the labyrinthine amount of bullshit that is the U.S Legal System.
What can we expect? Esp in WA state where you can now practice law without going to law school or passing the bar- just 500hrs of internship with a law group...what could go wrong?
