What about the friendly neighbor who turned out to be a serial killer? Point is, it's not always obvious who is or isn't evil. Every day frogs post lots of articles about evil people. Many are members of congress.
Even if you come up with millions there are seven and half billion people on the earth, and the vast majority are just plain folks trying to live their lives just like I said.
And the "millions" of evil that are now recognized cause all of the problems for the 7.5 others. The point is you suggested that you have only known a few truly evil folks. I contend that there are millions and you have been lucky not to have known them.
So how many truly evil people have you known personally?
I am old, and I could count the people I have personally known that I even believed were truly evil on one hand.
I have known a few I considered useful idiots, but even those believe they are following a righteous path, and do not commit evil deeds.
The enemy likes for the masses to live in fear of others. It keeps people suspicious and disconnected.
