I wonder if the State of Florida has to pay a licensing fee for using the "Trump" name? It may be illegal for them to pay the fee (if required), so they may have to undo this honor or Trump has to waive the licensing fee. Trump appears to have made his company the owner of all of his intellectual property, likeness, etc.
It's already been litigated - you cannot TM a surname. See the case about Dale Earnhardt (his widow attempted to sue her stepson Kerry for naming his company "The Earnhardt Collection")
