President Trump's solicitor general made the so-called 'smartest' liberal Supreme Court Justice look like a complete fool after she tried to school him on the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship.
This is an easy one.
Define "temporary sojourner" to mean anyone not a naturalized citizen or born to natural or naturalized citizens within the Congressionally recognized territorial boundaries of the United States or its territories.
Anyone born to a person within U.S. boundaries that is here on a travel visa, or a temporary work visa, or a foreign dignitary, or anyone born to an illegal immigrant is not to be considered, and shouldn't be considered a U.S. citizen under the 14th Amendment, if the phrase "temporary sojourner" is properly defined.
Did anyone bring that up?

Thing is there’s nothing to overturn. It only must be read and enforced according to the way it is written and intended.
