I do not think this would necessarily be a good idea. The last thing we need is a group-think silo. Robust discussion in good faith, presentation of contrasting viewpoints, argument and counterargument - these are an important part of continuously honing one's critical thinking skills and working collectively to uncover real truth and valid information.
We are not commentators or simple civilians. We are soldiers. When we question orders and the integrity of our commander, it not only reflects poorly on us, but it destroys cohesion. There is a reason why militaries make it a crime to publically criticize a superior. We already deport users who do not abide by these rules, I think it should be a little stricter. You say that group think is bad, but I say it is efficiency and oneness of purpose. If you are right, then debate and discussions is unproductive and should be avoided.
