Democrats literally changed it so it didn’t have to be first hand knowledge, and you need no evidence to make a claim for impeachment
And not a single person has been held accountable for this
Truthfully? It hardly matters as long as the media is allowed to continually lie and omit facts which, don't support whatever narrative they're trying to advance.
The public knows that President Trump was brought up on impeachment charges. That was highly publicized. Ms.Gabbard's evidence will not get the same coverage if they allow it to get any news coverage at all. If it does -- it will be buried somewhere obscure where people won't be likely to see it.
All this "uncovering" of criminal activity doesn't amount to a hill of beans unless the public is aware of it. And that's not going to happen until they reinstate the law prohibiting propaganda.
Until they do something to force news agencies to tell the truth these investigations are pretty much spinning their wheels.
It also doesn't do much good uncovering anything if nothing is done about the illegal, unethical, or immoral acts themselves. At that point it's all just meaningless drivel. Doesn't matter if the news gets buried or not, either. As long as nothing changes, or the changes are just superficial garbage, the bullshit can continue unabated. It just proves to the corrupt that they need to work harder at keeping it from the public.
What we've all been waiting for is accountability....haven't seen any yet. If all this was being done by us regular folk, we'd all be locked up already and awaiting trial

The supposed "fourth branch" was captured, centralized, and corrupted a long time ago. Even Noam Chomsky was talking about how the corporations were slowly devouring media outlets 40 years ago and it's only accelerated since. Back then, he was worried about 8-9 corporations owning it all and now it's basically 3.
We only notice nowadays due to social media allowing regular people to share notes instead of waiting for the MSM to spoonfeed it to us (hint: they won't). Of course, after stealing 2020, the Uniparty moved very rapidly to lock down social media, especially around topics like the election rigging or COVID. I'd say X is the last bastion of free speech online, within reason. And even that is the big target in Europe as it competes with their propaganda over there
Rules and laws are only for plebs and threats to the Machine. Like we watched with the Gamestop fiasco, they will simply tilt the board when things spin out of their control.
Perhaps the change in standard matters because it can be used as evidence of the massive RICO that attempted to (and did) overthrow the US government/a duly-elected president via numerous tactics including impeachment.
We're currently at the point in the Awakening where THE PROCESSES, INSTITUTIONS and PLAYERS/CHARACTERS of infiltration, corruption and propaganda are being revealed so The People can see how a governmental overthrow playbook MACHINE works.
Arrests and prosecutions of individuals nay come, but to "fix things"/rectify the sutuation, The People must realize that those characters are merely replaceable tools and that the MACHINE/MECHANISMS of overthrow are what must be eliminated, and never again be allowed to be reinstituted.
