There is a tea I think. I actually get a bottle of capsules from Amazon.
The gel they use to make the capsules is cancerous.
I took one heart aspiring for babies and I almost die, got real stomach cramps went to the restroom and almost passed out I thought I will die.

I use it! Good stuff once you wean yourself away from "regular" painkillers. Just FYI - pregnant women should NOT use white willow bark.
