Congressmen: “The Military and Intelligence Agencies don’t tell us anything!”
Also Congressmen: (Repeatedly reveal classified information told to them in confidence on podcasts.)
Well it’s ultimately beneficial for the general public as far as transparency goes. It puts the secrecy the Military and Security Apparatus handle certain subjects with into better context and also why precisely getting information out of them is like pulling teeth.
Considering Congressmen are now revealing Information that is still likely classified rather casually. Sure he didn’t reveal specifics as to a location. But he revealed enough context that someone could likely narrow down a selection of facilities.
As to the fact he revealed it’s large enough that it can’t be moved is interesting. The U.S Military has nailed construction and logistics rather patently. So the fact it was considered easier to build a base around it rather than move it. Would indicate it’s exceptionally large indeed. The fact he stated it’d be quite a trip to get there and it’s a foreign nation. Would suggest somewhere either exceptionally large and rural. Or somewhere rather remote.
Pacific Islands maybe? Though potentially it could be parts of Africa. Given the poorly developed nature of significant portions of the continent. As well as the roving bands of Bandits, Militia and other groups that prowl rural areas. It’d be a natural barrier discouraging people from getting close.
Greenland would make a lot of sense. A craft could have landed or crashed on the surface years or even centuries ago and been covered in ice. Perhaps it's too big to move because everyone would notice the hole required to get it out.

Maybe Greenland.
(The one and only fortress of solitude, perhaps?)
