I say, get rid of TSA. Make people see how the airports used to be set up. I, personally, think TSA is a waste. Airports should run like prior to TSA. It may take a while but it should happen! Get the Muslims out of America.
I started boycotting airlines when TSA showed up. Discovered cruises and took my first train ride. I enjoy those two so much, I never considered going back. I won't rerurn until TSA is gone. But truthfully I am in no hurry to go back to being herded, coralled, and packed like sardines. It makes for a stress filled day and the trains and boats do not.
We have waited between 45 minutes and 3 hours for security on the cruises we have taken. Sure, they roll all the functions into the one line, but its no walk in the park.
Trains on the other hand, completely different story.
I have a brother-in-law who took the car train to Florida, he said the price was reasonable. He also spoke with a lady on the train and found out the price actually goes up on the train either around holidays or near winter. But I think he went around October (I am not sure). It could be an option-unless you know about it already. They, I think he said, car trains aren't in every state though. Maryland has them, but I don't know what other states have them. I Maryland's governor hasn't found a way to tax or fee them-he will!
