Judge already injuncted this. Literally hours after they THOUGHT they won. Next will be the FBI impounding ALL the mail in ballots just like they did in Georgia. I feel this was a trap that was set and they walked right into it. Their arrogance as usual got the best of them.
Don't get your hopes up over this. Seriously. It's some Circuit Court judge from Tazewell County, population ~40,000. They're not saying there was any cheating, but that it was unconstitutional for....some vague reason or other. So there's no reason to impound ballots.
The VA Attorney General has already said they were going to fight it.
But seriously, don't get your hopes up. Tiny conservative counties here love to make these symbolic stands against liberals and I can't remember any time they've won.
It's symbolic. They know they aren't going to win.
Here's something else to consider:
If this Virginia injunction actually holds up on appeal, it cuts both ways.
The issue the court flagged isn’t partisan outcome, it’s the process used to push through a mid decade redistricting change via referendum. That creates legal exposure anywhere similar methods were used.
Republican-led states that rushed mid cycle redraws (especially those using aggressive or unconventional procedures) are now operating under the same risk:
If courts say Virginia’s process was invalid then that logic doesn’t stay contained to one state
It opens the door for challenges in GOP states on procedural and constitutional grounds. Courts tend to apply consistent standards across similar fact patterns, regardless of party
If VA falls on process, any state that pushed mid decade maps through legally questionable pathways(red or blue) can get pulled into the same litigation cycle.
No need to doom over it. I'm sure it's all part of the Plan, somehow. Whitehats are in control. All of that.
I'm saying don't count on this injunction from stopping anything.
You can be solidly planted in reality AND still believe in the Plan. You don't have to latch on to every pipe dream you come across and start sucking it down like Pepsi.
Every piece of mail is scanned as anyone with informed delivery knows, they can count the mail pieces that were ballots and compare that to the count, as I assume was done in 2020.
This is something that happens every election. Even the ones where Republicans get elected. But any time liberals win, it's pointed to as cheating. And yes, it has been looked into countless times and never found any sort of mass voter fraud.
It's quite simple why it happens.
Smaller counties are always the earliest to get their votes in, because fewer people = less time to process results. Smaller counties in VA are also overwhelmingly conservative.
Just because of logistics, it takes the counties with the most people the longest to get their votes in. And the largest counties are overwhelmingly liberal.
It's not a mystery. It's easy to see which counties report first, and it's just as easy to see how many people live there and what party they typically lean. Then you can go look up the population of the largest counties in Northern Virginia, the ones that report last. And from living in the area, I assure you that it really is Commie Central.
Fairfax county has over a million people living there. That one county counteracts around SIXTY of the least populated counties in VA, all of which (I think), are solidly Republican. That's not a typo. I'm not saying six. SIXTY. As in 6-0.
Virginia only has 95 counties, total. Throw in Arlington (which is the most Socialist city I've ever known), along with all the Independent Cities in NoVa that aren't part of any county, Prince William, and Loudon county, and it's clear that, per person, there really ARE a metric fuck ton of liberals in the state of Virginia. They aren't imaginary.
The issue is that they're all clustered right around DC (Or around Richmond and the Newport News area. But those places are huge dumpster fires, so we pretend they don't exist). Which is the entire reason we have laws (or did) against gerrymandering. Because the entire state gets dragged along with what they want to do.
I'm 100% against gerrymandering just for that reason.
But here's the thing. I can't scream and rant about how wrong gerrymandering is when the Democrats do it and then clap like a trained seal when President Trump personally and specifically urged Republican governors to do the same in their states and redraw their maps last year. Which Texas did and started this whole mid-decade push that has us redrawing districts that weren't supposed to be touched for 5 more years.
I disagreed with him here for doing so, saying it was going to open up a can of worms like this one right here, and got a nice 3 day time out for doing so.
Because of what Texas did, CA responded by having a special election (like the one VA just held) to redraw districts and the Democrats are now projected to pick up 5 more seats. VA is projected to pick up 4 more. NY plans to do this as well, and will probably pick up 3 more.
So, yeah, that was why I was against President Trump urging Texas and other Republican states to hold special elections to redraw maps in hopes of picking up a few extra seats in Congress, because I knew the liberals would latch on to do the same. And I am genuinely against gerrymandering.
And we can't even cling to the hope that the courts will say that redrawing maps is unfair or unconstitutional because if they get blocked in liberal states, they'll be blocked in the Republican states as well. And it will cast President Trump in a bad light to have urged the Republican states to jump start all of this, just for it to be judged as unconstitutional.
So, yeah, it sucks. But claiming that VA is cheating because the votes from the biggest counties (which are also overwhelmingly liberal) were reported last is just silly and clinging to false hope. No eviedence of significant voter fraud has ever been found here, even though there have been multiple investigations, both state led (Republican and Democrat alike) and Federal. Nothing showing that there has ever been any large numbers of voter fraud.
It's annoying that it has to be explained, every single election, that you can't get your hopes up early in the reporting because everything really depends on the larger (liberal) counties that are always the last to get their counts in, and why it takes a county of 1,000,000+ people longer to get their votes in than counties with 2,000 people.
Says the guy who supports gay adoption and says "there are more heterosexual pedophiles than homosexual ones". Do you understand per capita?
Speaking of per capita, there have been audits where the federal government removed tens of thousands of dead / noncitizen voters and the margin of this "election" was less than this. It certainly warrants investigation.
I never said I supported it. I pointed out some logical plotholes in your argument.
Yes, there are statistically more heterosexual pedophiles than homosexual pedophiles. Mostly because heterosexuals drastically outnumber homosexuals in the general population. "Per capita" was not mentioned anywhere in the conversation we had previously. Also, there is no credible evidence that there's a higher rate of pedophilia, per capita, amongst homsexuals than heterosexuals.
Now that we've addressed you trying to poison the well here:
Dead people/noncitizen voters on voter rolls aren't equal to all of those votes being used frauduently in elections.
If the investigation turns up nothing, are you going to accept the votes were valid?
What do you think is going to be different about any investigation into this election that will suddenly result in finding credible evidence of significant voter fraud, that has NEVER been found by the dozens of investigstions that have previously been conducted before?
To be clear, I don't object to there being more investigations. I'm just pointing out facts, cautioning others to not get their hopes up while keeping the door open by asking others if they know of any reason why this case would be different, like I just asked you.
Judge already injuncted this. Literally hours after they THOUGHT they won. Next will be the FBI impounding ALL the mail in ballots just like they did in Georgia. I feel this was a trap that was set and they walked right into it. Their arrogance as usual got the best of them.
Its no longer arrogance, it is desperation.
Fully agree

This isn’t a one sided weapon.
Sure, I'll just doom over it like a lot of people here.
No need to doom over it. I'm sure it's all part of the Plan, somehow. Whitehats are in control. All of that.

The "no" category total looks kinda sus:
While this is not conclusive proof, I wouldn't be surprised if they removed votes from the "no" category as well.
My apologies, it was April 21st, not the 22nd.
And Republicans allow them to do it.
Every piece of mail is scanned as anyone with informed delivery knows, they can count the mail pieces that were ballots and compare that to the count, as I assume was done in 2020.
Did Space Force catch them in the act? For POTUS to say that this election was rigged so soon after the counting ended indicates that he has proof.
This is something that happens every election. Even the ones where Republicans get elected. But any time liberals win, it's pointed to as cheating. And yes, it has been looked into countless times and never found any sort of mass voter fraud.

Election interference is seditious
They also decreased the No votes in several red counties. On X someone pointed out that Cherterfield county decreased by 70,000 votes.
