Israel and Mossad may have been involved, but I bet they were hired by the Bush dynasty. I’m referring to GHWB and not W who I would wager was kept out of the loop until after. Dick Cheney played a significant role as well. The bigger question is who was the puppetmaster controlling them?
I alway's thought Bush/Cheney were taking orders.
I.e. they were “project managers”
