Did Paul promote Individual Sovereignty over Schumer? Of course he did. THAT WAS HIS JOB. He missed all the most important parts though, and was completely ineffectual in promoting Individual Sovereignty. That job, that particular box of "promoting Individual Sovereignty while proving to be completely ineffectual" is AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE MATRIX. The Truth needs an outlet. A Controlled Outlet. He did his job perfectly.
As for Vance.... I suggest you look into his connections with Theil, and who Peter Theil is (at least how he appears to be to anyone looking in earnest).
I have NO CLUE the real intentions of anyone. We are watching A SHOW, full of ACTORS. But the actual evidence (if you look in earnest) doesn't support Vance (or anyone else on the world stage) as anyone actually and effectively teaching us what Individual Sovereignty REALLY means (you know, like the DoI was supposed to base our government on?). In fact, Individual Sovereignty is hidden from everyone, still. There have been hints of a broader understanding, and I think it will be revealed at some point (I hope). And it will happen when people demand it (which is the only way it can happen). But it's going to take a bit for us to get there, because we have been enslaved for millennia, and we don't even know what it means, much less how, who, or why.

When cops convert an informant, they know that informant will continue breaking the law as part of their immunity deal, and they allow them to continue as they were with the understanding that they will be implicating others.
