I don't see that Butler scene as a conclusive match, anyone else's eyes better than mine? It looks superimposed.

I think suggesting that an image from Butler footage was encoded and sent back in time in this steganographic way.

Sending info back in time ( time travel ) is one of the ways that the Looking Glass might work I guess. If we had a conclusive match here, it would be the best Q proof.
