You want me to provide the transcripts of the trial? It's public information. Google or Grok "Discovery Phase/Alex Jones trial and see what pops up.
You might want to check the transcripts of his divorce proceedings also where his lawyer admitted to 'AJ's ex-wife's claim that 'Alex Jones' is a Live Action Role Playing character.
Next: Who/What is Stratfor? Thanks for your questions.
Yes I want you to provide the link in the trial documents where Alex Jones tried to submit evidence backing his claims.
And no, I dont care about his wife or who is stratfor unless you explain how it ties to his defense.
And I also want to hear why you think he agreed that the SH was 100% Real in the court under oath.
Wow that's some commitment. I chose facts over opinion, but that's just me.
You would care if you knew.
Stratfor is a Mo' Sod Op. AJ's wife also worked for them. And other influencers.
Jones defense didn't ask for discovery. Period. Instead, they provided free discovery of their own defense by handing over a laptop, unasked, to the prosecution. I've never heard of this EVER and I was a student of law at one time. ...........Kangaroo Court. My first post to anons at the beginning on all this, was laying out how the MSM is Avant Garde and the judges/DOJ are rear guard to the deep state and how it must be discovered and changed. You don't care what 'Court TV' is all about either, huh?
Not cool to edit your comments after I reply to them.
I hope to convey the most precise answer/information. No deceipt as you can tell by the edit. Huh? Then why pretend its something nefarious? I'll bet you've never edited any responses immediately to remain clear, huh.
What laptop? Are you confusing this with the cellphone data they sent over ? If they actually handed a physical laptop please provide some sauce.
Oops. I said laptop when it was a different digital device wasn't it? Thanks for the correction. See what co-operation can do to clear up details. The devil in that one is that the information handed 'by mistake' was in a phone. Not sure if his laptop was excluded from the prosecution or why it should be. Back to the main point of information passed the wrong direction, not whether it was by laptop or phone. Thanks again for the tidbit. It's odd to see how motivated you seem to be about finding detail by cherry-picking fault in the question. Use that same energy to question the validity of 'Stratfor/Alex Jones' and Court TV as the narrative wishes you to have it.
And how is that relevant to Jones proving his statements were true? Thats all I care about as far as this case is concerned.
If you were truly concerned about the legality of the case, you would have followed it and the transcripts and already known the statements are true.
Discovery is what proves or disproves and that was NOT allowed. Period. Instead, the defense provided all details in a dump to the prosecution. This in itself should have been disallowed.
Let me ask you the same. How would being a professional shill be relevant to providing truthful statements to a court that reveals his employment as a shill? Any thoughts? Have you ever experienced court? You'd be amazed at how easily and often lies are presented by both sides, police officers in particular. Perjury be damned.
Fact: AJ says under oath that SH is 100% real.
Fact: AJ did not submit any evidence during initial 3 eyar discovery to prove his statements were real.
Facts are all I am asking for and not seeing anything. Opinion is what you are saying.
I followed 'AJ' from his first day in the Austin BMV for reasons. I had already met him before, but I'll spare those details.
He takes underground discovered truths, and 'reveals' them with a spin (lies) to gain CONfidence. The shaman dances in the skin of his adversary (shills) and then runs him off the cliff like buffalo as strawman. Burning Man in effigy.
Agreements made in court tv make any legal charade moot points....including 'perjury'. And that was never charged against him.
FACT IS.........AJ's defense had NO DISCOVERY phase. Your OPINION about it non-withstanding. Live and learn
