Oops. I said laptop when it was a different digital device wasn't it? Thanks for the correction. See what co-operation can do to clear up details. The devil in that one is that the information handed 'by mistake' was in a phone. Not sure if his laptop was excluded from the prosecution or why it should be. Back to the main point of information passed the wrong direction, not whether it was by laptop or phone. Thanks again for the tidbit. It's odd to see how motivated you seem to be about finding detail by cherry-picking fault in the question. Use that same energy to question the validity of 'Stratfor/Alex Jones' and Court TV as the narrative wishes you to have it.
So a lot of people use this to claim that there was no discovery phase. Here is the problem:
The phone data was sent to the prosecution in 2022 after the default judgement in 2021 which is when the discovery phase ended.
The defense (not just lawyers, but AJ himself) had a chance to claim privilege. But they didn't
Even if you are implying that his lawyers set him up, he could have fired them and took control of his defence, and sued them for malpractice
Even if we dont agree that the lawyers should have sent the cell phone data, it doesnt change the fact that AJ lied about his conversations, and that should affect his credibility - not just in court but to his followers.
That is how you breakdown a brainwashed brain. By pointing out inconsistencies and hoping they will wake up.
So you're now woke to Stratfor's connect, and Court TV as Kangaroo Court. Agreements aren't convictions or even 'decisions' and 'Alex Jones' brainwashes as a LARP.
I don't appreciate the insinuation that one who brings you new information is the one brainwashed and seems to violate Rule Number 1 as a personal attack rather than providing information.
Hope that wakes a lot of people up.
FACT: Alex Jones had 3 years of discovery. Here is YET ANOTHER proof: One of Alex Jones Deposition video and the exact timestamp is where he had his chance to make his claim and back it up.
Discovery phase was not allowed to Alex Jones in court. Period. There wasn't even a 'decision' determined. He settled by agreement instead.
Did it work?
Not sure what you intended to prove with a link to someone's opinion.
Every post or article is an 'opinion' then isn't it? It's the facts used or ignored that determine the veracity, not opinions.
