Are all the White people at work?
They definitely don't believe that White children should inherit the countries that their ancestors built.
With a rough count excluding partial people. You are looking at 7 out of 27 or 25.9%.
It would seem the agenda is still working toward a number they favor.
And that's only if you count just the full heads (or nearly full heads) and generously include a couple of the light-skinned hispanics.
Only one wrapped in the flag .... The rest is standing by, waving a cheap commercial one, used in public shows when heads of state come visit.
