Because the “family court” system is run by angry homosexuals who hate families.
There are people out there who have jumped through hoops to get into Native American family courts to resolve issues during custody disputes because those court systems do everything with the actual well-being of the child in mind.
The better solution is to fix our family courts to make them be actually pro-family.
Maybe we could start by making lists of family court officials and noting who runs them and the general consensus on them, with the understanding that a lot of these people need to be replaced.
That seems absolutely logical. Obvious infiltration point. I am a dullard for not thinking of that. Nothing to do with children can be assumed safe. Thank you.
It’s not that anyone is a dullard on it, everyone kinda knows they’re bad, so much as that it becomes memorably obvious how bad they are when you know someone who goes through it, especially when they move to a decent jurisdiction.
