I'm still wrestling on going to the doctor because it seems to come and go randomly; I am worried that if I go, they're just going to diagnose me with anxiety and not help me.
I don't have any really bad habits, besides a cup of coffee every other day. It feels like a chest tightness, and this only started showing up when I turned around in my faith recently.
I've been trying to manage stress in general, because I'm being persecuted at work as well and I have a lot of weight to carry. Last night, we were watching a show and relaxing, and I was not thinking about anything that stressed me out, and then it randomly showed up again. I am 27 years old, and I have never taken the vaccine. We have a two year old, and I'm working on losing weight, so that maybe this recent chest pain problem will go away. I need to be here for my husband and child, and my other family. They are counting on me.
I'm realizing that I need help and encouragement right now, because it feels like I'm being spiritually oppressed and I am being tested.
I had requested a prayer for my dad and he is better, and because of your help, the wound almost completely reversed overnight. So in case you think your prayers don't help, they do, and that is proof.
I am meant to spread word of the great awakening, and that is what I feel is my job as God's servant. I have a voice that I want to keep using, to help other people come back to the faith and the fight for the freedoms we still have. Knowledge is power.
I prayed the Lord's prayer for strength and I prayed for my family members, and anyone else I could think of, just in case I didn't wake up today. I'm grateful to be awake again and to have another chance to do God's will. I got really scared last night, so thanks guys for being awesome.
How do you apply Iodine to the skin? I tried using a small cotton ball but the cotton ball absorbed all of it up, leaving little to spread on the skin.
Then I squeezed out a few drops directly on the site and rubbed it around with my fingers but it looked like my fingers absorbed most of the Iodine as my fingers were very dark while the skin site was light in color.
I've read online people say they "paint" their skin with Iodine, DMSO, etc but I'm trying to find out how they "paint" it and with what?
Anything here? I see 3 threads that may have something. No time to read right now.

Yes I've already tried that but I couldn't find the answer to my question. I even tried EarthClinic and Curezone and still can't find the answer. I've been searching online for over 2 weeks when I was researching Iodine. Even the books I've read about Iodine, mentioned "painting" on the skin but didn't explain the technique on how to do that.
I saw a video on Youtube on how the lady "paints" hers and she was using a Q-tip like applicator. I tried that but the most of the Iodine got soaked up into the cotton swab, just like the cotton ball.
Will try to check on it, as I probably need iodine myself. Been on my list, just haven’t gotten to it.
Did you try a glass applicator? I do remember those being on iodine bottles for cuts some time ago. Can probably order online or find that at a good independent pharmacy/health food store.

No I haven't and yeah I was thinking of getting that since the Tincture of Iodine comes with that, at least the one I have here that I bought from Kroger's, but not Lugol's, which is just a dropper.
Your fingers have skin too.
Lol yes I know that but I wasn't expecting that the majority of the Iodine would be soaked up into my fingers and not the site itself. I'm trying to find out how to actually get the Iodine into the site itself, not on anything else i.e. cotton balls/q-tip or fingers.
Maybe try cellophane. You could even do something like make a ring around the area with neosporin or hydrocortisone (or for that matter you could use anything sticky like peanut butter or toothpaste if you are in a pinch). Then put the iodine in the center and cover with the shrink wrap, making sure to seal it to the sticky substance. You might have to sit or lay still for a bit, and you might want to put an ace bandage with gauze or something similar to catch any leaks as well.
If you don't want to mess with all that, you could just get these:

I just let a drop or two fall directly on the skin. Don't rub it in. Let it roll around a bit, then air dry.
Then it will absorb into the skin. If it absorbs, it means you can still use iodine.
