Out of everybody who is gonna be brought up on treason charges, I feel that Barry has the best chance of seeing the hangman's noose. The others will get long prison sentences, but Trump is going after those who directed the actions against him. Plus with no immunity, that just pulled the rope a wee bit tighter around his scrawney neck. But his demise won't happen until all the appeals are heard which might take a few years. Heck, Barry might die of old age while waiting on all the appeals.

Enemy combatants that commit treason MUST be tried by tribunals. Tribunals do not have a large record of appeals, if any.
