US auto industry, lawmakers beg Trump in Xi summit not to grant China access to American car market
Automakers and their suppliers, steel producers, and unions argue that China's highly subsidized and massive auto industry would allow the Asian country to sell cars far below what U.S. automakers could.
No sympathy anymore for Ford, which is basically the only us car maker left. GM is owned by the Chinese and Chrysler by Eurofags.
I was a die hard buy American car owner and even I've sworn them off after their preference for building crap.
The people who sell us Tin cans chocked full of spyware and faulty parts. Are upset that purveyors of cheaper tin cans full of spyware and even faultier parts might possibly maybe be allowed to muscle in on their territory.
The Chinese should not be allowed to dump their government subsidized overproduction into the US that will destroy and distort the American market. It is the Chinese business model. Many of their companies are operating at a loss to capture market share - some are zombie companies. Destroy the competition through government subsidized cheaper products. Then they can do whatever they want - raise prices or weaponize those products. Exactly what we have seen with rare earth metals.
No Chinese EVs on American highways! Coffins on wheels. Dangerous and a threat to national security.
C’mon man. We need the Dale version 2.0
We, The People, don't want that Chinese junk in this country.
It's bad enough we have to endure that South Korean crap filling up the junkyards.
Truth be told, everything - bar none - is Junk right now...It needs a motor or trans before you've even got the damned thing paid off
