I've been stuck in line behind many 4' - 10" tall "migrant" workers at the bank while they're cashing and depositing stacks of checks. They get paid for all their roofing jobs under the table (tax free).
Then they walk over to the wire-transfer shops and send THOUSANDS of dollars to their families in Central America.
Trump should look into slapping a massive tax on all out-going wire transfers to those countries -- taking the tax off the top of the outbound wire transfer.
