Scott has taken Koch money and was on a path to align himself with Paul Ryan.

Scott also had issues with medical fraud issues coming up so he isn't kosher. But his sudden turn to America first can be attributed to leaving the Koch brothers orbit and aligning himself with President Trump and MAGA.
