If ballots cannot be counted after election day... then that means if polls close at 7:00pm, all paper ballots must be transferred to the people tabulating the votes and they have to be finished and fully counted by midnight. That's 5 hours.
If you have 500,000 paper ballot votes to count, that would be 100,000 per hour, or 1,667 ballots processed per minute. That's 28 ballots per second. For about 20 vote scanning machines, that should be a piece of cake. It's 1.5 ballots per second for 5 hours.
That should be doable. If a city or state has ANY complaint... I'm sure Pres. Trump will arrange for the military to provide staff to assist, along with the U.S. Marshall's office and the DOJ which can provide staff to help. :>)
In my voting precinct, after we get done coloring in the circle we simple insert it into a machine. I wonder if that machine tabulates the vote and automatically transmits the votes to the state capitol. Thus no need foe humans to tabulate the vote. But I can see skullduggery with the system we have. Who's to say those tabulating machines are not Smartmatic or Dominion?
Vote scanning machines? What could go wrong. Also i dont think is as great as it sounds. I mean unless theyre going to say all counting ends at midnight which i doubt, its going to be only ballots in hand by midnight get counted which just means the dumps have to happen earlier
