I don't think we, the posters, should be allowed to include "Breaking" in the title because it is very rarely breaking. There is no consequence to somebody posting an article that is days old and and they describe it as "BREAKING" even though it was something we all saw and discussed yesterday.

"BREAKING" should be a flair that the mods attach to something that is actually being posted for the first time.
