Obamacare changed hundreds of laws to be the exact opposite of its original intent. It must be repealed in its entirety.
This should have been taken care of during Trump's first term in office when he promised to repeal and replace it. On day one.
Seems like he's forgotten all about it since then.
We've had 16 years to come up with something to replace it. We've had Trump in office twice where we controlled the oval office, the house, and the senate and squandered that advantage.
So it looks like the ACA is here to stay because if we haven't done it by now, with 16 years to come up with something better to push through when we had control of congress and the White House, I don't see what could happen that would give us more of an advantage to replace it.
He hasn't forgotten. Obamacare simply hasn't fully run its course. They put in a lot of popular features that were basically socialism in disguise. Things like forcing insurance companies to take patients on with pre-existing conditions. This was forcing private companies to take on expensive patients. Also, allowing children up to age 26 to stay on their parents healthcare plans encouraged more kids to be lazy homebodies, which is what we're seeing with Gen Z. President Trump is waiting for Obamacare to completely and utterly fail. This means that it needs to get to the point where most people can't afford the premiums and the cost of going to the doctor is too much. When this happens, they will come begging and pleading for President Trump to do something, and will be willing to make the tough sacrifices needed to make American great again.
If we bail out the Democrats bad ideas before they do real damage, then the sheeple won't learn anything and will keep voting the same Democrats in office.

The only time in my life I remember any government being eliminated was when Newt was speaker. And libs brought it all back under obama.
What? What government was eliminated?
You don't think clinton actually was the reason for a surplus? Welfare cuts by Newt and slick willie signed because he wanted to be re-elected.

That makes zero sense.

You don't think the ACA has done any real damage in the last 16 years?
