People used to be put in jail for crap like this and classified as a sex offender, not to mention getting an old fashioned community beat down by the husbands, fathers, and boyfriends of the women. Since this low life wasn't going to be able to get his fix at this facility, no doubt he will be looking around for some other place where he can go to abuse innocent women and girls. That's what these pervs do. According to some of the articles this degenerate was also seen at another YMCA, and after many complaints he was forced to use a gender neutral space in the gym - essentially he was forced out of the women's area.
I am glad these women found their voices and stood up for themselves given that pushback from the trans community can be brutal. Especially for the facility. Obviously enough people complained that it could not be ignored. This YMCA's tactic of posting new general gym rules avoided any possible legal ramifications. It was actually very smart. It's sad that people and businesses now days are forced into dodging legal bullets over something that should be just common sense and decency. Upside down world.
