NYC has a lot of abondedned subway tracks & stations. These people look like urban explorers. For those that dont know it has to be done very early or at night to avoid gettting caught. It could be as simple as this.
Actually now I look there are several. People Mag? NY Post? it's Isolated. It should be all over the Tel-A-Vision!

This is very strange but I suspect it will be buried similar to the tunnels near the temples, Vegas and the guide stones
Could it be that these men are making routine repairs to pipes? They seem to be very calm when climbing out.

I've not seen all of the incidents. Too bad some witness doesn't follow them to maybe find out what they are up to. LoL
