My dear GAW family. Please pray for me after you read the sanitized secure email message below that I sent to the VA dental department asking them to approve my Community Care at my local dentist's office last night. Many of you here on GAW know what I have endured already at the VA hospital that is supposed to service me and you will understand that I have to sanitize names and locations to preserve judicial integrity should my cases ever make it into federal court.

I just had a crown fall off. When are you going to approve my consult to finish fixing my teeth? I have been waiting for over 13 months since this ordeal started trying to get my new ceramic teeth finished. I do not consider that timely access to care especially after I recently asked Dr. Xxx at DxXxxxx Dental in Xxxxxx what is the normal time frame for getting new ceramic teeth done from start to finish. She told me it normally takes between six to nine months. I'm really tired of waiting and I wonder if I am being retaliated against considering the fact that immediately after I sent a rebuttal letter to Chief of Staff Dr. Xxxxxx regarding the bogus OBR I was placed on by him after I proved to him I have two FBI cases ongoing against employees at VAMC Xxxxxxxxxx, he subsequently cut off all of my acupuncture and chiropractic pain management care. Dr. Xxxxxx and the Medical Board he led erroneously and intentionally determined my pain management was no longer necessary because I wasn't "showing any improvement." I am now paying out of pocket for what holistic care I can afford for pain management for my service connected injuries but it is not enough, and I am suffering because of it. I am being forced to rely on opioids I do not want that puts my 32 years of sobriety at risk every time I take a pill that puts me on the slippery slope of losing my sobriety. That is unacceptable. By the way the first FBI case is for attempted murder when my holistic care was removed in 2017 thirty days after I was hit at a red light at 45MPH on my 60th birthday. That Chief of Staff at that time is currently under investigation for attempted murder, and the entire NH Board of Medicine as well for obstruction of justice because they sealed the case and did not forward my case to judicial review. They did that because the President and Secretary on the Board were adjunct doctors doing volunteer work at the VAMC Manchester and they knew the man I reported to them. I recently reported and gave all of that information to President Trump in a package of data, including the FBI and NH/DOJ response letters for both cases proving to the President I was telling the truth, I sent to the President and it was delivered and signed for at the Whitehouse last Friday morning. I'm sure President Trump will take action soon to stop the corruption at VAMC Xxxxxxxxxx I have exposed.
Now I wonder if I am being retaliated against with this extremely slow access to the dental care I need? Just a short while ago my crown on an upper right hand molar just fell off today. This should have never happened if the normal six to nine month time frame for ceramic teeth implants had been approved in a timely manner. The pictures of the crown attached to this email proves that just happened.
I served all of you for over 20 years as an Instructor Flight Engineer on the P3 Orion aircraft and risked my life repeated defending your freedom. I deserve much better than this from VAMC Dental and from the administrators running that hospital.
Please expedite my approval to get my dental care I need completed so I can have a normal smile and chew real food again. I guarantee you justice is coming for all of the people who have done these things to me. I do not want to get another investigation started to find out if the corruption has infiltrated my dental care access. But I will if I have to. Be advised I've had some of the most elite military training in existence. I've been upside down on purpose in a four engine heavyweight EP3 aircraft doing Defense Air Combat Maneuver training before Gulf War One. I did that many times, not just once. I was the model manage and senior Instructor Flight Engineer for the EP3 Electronic Surveillance & Reconnaissance aircraft fleet at the time and I was the Top Gun Flight Engineer there and held a TS/SCI clearance. I have logged over 10K flight hours on the P3 platform aircraft. I never stop defending the Constitution and I never stop defending freedom. I never fold under pressure, and I never lose my focus, or my temper. I never threaten anyone in any way. I do everything according to rule of law. Please don't make me have to investigation why my dental care is taking so long because if my care isn't approved real soon, I will have to assume the corruption at VAMC Xxxxxxxxxx is systemic and I will act accordingly within the rule of law. Be advised I never ever give up, and that I am a relentless warrior for God Almighty. Please know that my only mission is to bring the Love lessons to all who are doing wrong to me, to other Veterans, and to my country.

I serve God Almighty and only God Almighty. I highly recommend you do the right thing and rapidly approve the rest of the care I need to finish my dental work that has taken far too long to complete for this one simple reason. I pray whoever reads this email takes these words seriously and decides to help me and not hurt me, because if you choose incorrectly; you are only hurting yourself. Now you know what Jesus meant when he said "Forgive them Father for they know not what they do." And why He said "Love your enemies." He knew what a Life review was all about. It's your Life review, and only you can make it very ugly, or absolutely beautiful. It's your choice. I truly Love all of you and especially the people who have and are currently harming me at VAMC Xxxxxxxxxx. I hold no resentments against any of them because I know there is a part of God that resides in the Heart of each and every one of us, therefore if I am resenting on anyone, then I am resenting on God at the same time; and I refuse to do that. But because God chose me to bring all of these people doing these things to me and other Veterans their Love lessons, then I am blessed for it and that is why I worked so hard to get my federal cases into court, and why I do it in a manner that always follows the law. Also whatever has been done to me by others has nothing to do with me and it is none of my business. That is between those who have done wrong and their own Mighty "I AM" presence within them. My only job is to do my best to make sure those people get their Love lessons. It matters not if I succeed hear on Earth and make it into federal court for man kind's form of justice to prevail or not, because REAL accountability and justice happens in the Light when you go Home and it is far more thorough than anything you can imagine.

The three images attached to that message to the VA dental department are a picture of the crown that fell off yesterday, a picture of the P3 aircraft I flew in while in the Navy, a picture of the P3 flight station during a real mission flying at 200ft in a 40 degree starboard turn while tracking a submarine, and a Microsoft Word file called "The Rosalyn Incident" that proves the divine power of Peace blasted thought me, my massage therapist, and her son still in her womb when she was seven months pregnant the last time I got a massage from her in 2017 that also includes screenshot pictures of our back and forth cell phone messages discussing what happened to us that day.
If you're writing them talking about writing to the president and threatening litigation, I would never respond and make sure you're no longer in my clinic.
The whole thing is rambling and coupled with the sobriety issue, it sounds like you should see a professional shrink. Just my personal opinion.

I did not threaten litigation. I only told them what God can and will do if they do not choose the correct path. It is not my place, nor yours, to judge anyone ever. I did not judge them at all. I simply gave them options and what happens in the Light when they make the wrong choice.
You’re not wrong to be pissed that it’s taken 13 months to get a crown.
Escalate outside of them, but inside, less is more, and the quoted statement is typically true.
Ymmv on results with the demons at the VA.

Praying for you, Vet Anon, and thank you for your service. I am a Vet too, but have rarely availed myself of VA medical care or benefits, that outfit has a history of poor patient care.
What's the goal of sharing this? I know you asked for prayers, but that doesn't necessitate including the actual post you sent. What is your main goal? To get the help you're seeking or to get validation that supports your claims and have people agree with your accusations?
There's no right or wrong answer. I'm not judging you on anything, but for the advice I'm giving, I need to know what it is exactly you're looking for.
If it's just people agreeing with you that the VA sucks, I think most of the comments here are giving you that validation.
If your main goal is to actually succeed at getting the help you need, you're not going to like what I'm going to say. And judging by your past comments, you're likely to get highly defensive and resistant to anything that doesn't support everything 100%, but here goes, on the off chance you'll take this into consideration.
If your ultimate goal is to get actual help from the VA, then messages like that actively work against you. When you mix the legitimate dental request with retaliation accusations, FBI cases, Trump letters, and lengthy spiritual warnings, a lot of VA staff automatically just see it as rambling or a red flag. They routinely just forward it to risk management or mental health instead of approving the Community Care consult.
Bureaucracies respond best to short, calm, fact-based messages: “My crown fell off on [date]. Private dentist says this should’ve been done in 6-9 months. Requesting expedited Community Care approval per VA guidelines.”
You might get quicker results by working with a VSO (like DAV or VFW) who knows exactly how to write these things and push them through the system.
Which VSOs are you working with at the moment? Which ones have you worked with in the past and what's the history there. How have they responded?
It's up to you which direction you want to go here. Do you want validation for your frustration, which is completely reasonable and nothing wrong with that. It's not a negative thing. Or do you want actual help in improving your chances of having the medical issues you're facing finally resolved?
Looking back over your other posts I see that this is very similar to your other interactions with the VA.
The most helpful advice I have for you is to tell you that to the average, mainstream American (who is exactly the people you'll encounter working for the VA), you come off as mentally unstable, sharing many similarities to someone with paranoid delusional thinking, and will most likely result in sending your messages straight to risk management protocols, which bogs down the help you're looking for. There is nothing wrong or bad with having mental health issues, but it absolutely affects how others will deal with your claims.
If you want to see actual movement in getting your issues taken care of, you 100% have to change how you interact with them, because your messages to them are absolutely counterproductive to you getting the help you need.
Dude is on the express train to adult protective services. At least veteran crisis intervention.

Best wishes to you! My late father was a 100% disabled veteran who lived out his last 3.5 years at the Bedford MA VA. I visited him every week. He was assaulted by another patient on his floor he was 89 at the time. Every attempt for me to investigate and hold staff accountable was met with gaslighting

Im actually battling for community care for 8 weeks now with 2 infected teeth one of which has since broke. The community care evel is one month old and was dine as an emergency. I went to the med clinic yesterday. Complained and the nurse sent another direct request with the statement delay of care making it worse. Almost 24 hours later and no call yet. For me this is the first time ive encountered the VA black hole. I almost think they ration how much tjeyll spend on you amd when you hit that number you get cut off until the next year. Last year i had an expensive shoulder surgery that went excellently amd my recovery is full. But for some reason, some person in a cubicle cant approve my care. I was forced by a family emergency to cancel a scheduled cleaning las week. Ibwish i could have gone they would have been forced to do something.

Anything dealing with the VA is like watching grass grow. I hope you get what you need soon. Seems like we have to fight tooth and nail for every damn thing, when these things should already be in place or automatic.
