In the real world, nobody. Yet the increases pass EVERY SINGLE TIME.

And then when an anti tax measure does pass, the commie legislature and billionaire governor poleass enact ‘fees’ which are taxes but not prohibited by the taxpayer bill of rights. And continue to suck our wallets dry.
WA learned from CA. The vote doesn’t even matter. Even if a tax or let’s say, gay marriage, was voted down. It will get implemented anyway by politically motivated courts.
Over turned CA Props:
Proposition 8 (2008), a state constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage, was overturned by federal courts in Perry v. Schwarzenegger (2010) and Hollingsworth v. Perry (2013) for violating the U.S. Constitution, and was formally repealed by voters via Proposition 3 in 2024.
Proposition 14 (1964), which repealed fair housing laws, was overturned by courts as unconstitutional; Proposition 15 (1964), banning cable television, was also overturned by courts as unconstitutional.
