I don't know that much about this but I don't think presidential pardons cover crimes charged under a Conspiracy. If Trump legal goes after Obama, Biden, Nuland, McCord, Fauci, and all those that played into the grand conspiracy, pardons do not apply.
any offenses against the USA can be pardoned, but this does not absolve civil liability for any damage done, like a million Ukrainian deaths, depleted uranium damage to any Ukrainian farmland
