If I'm not mistaken, that is a very large plane so why does it look it was vaporized... don't see any parts that would resemble a plane?

B-52's carry around 300K lbs. of JP-8 fuel. JP-8 burns up to 2500° F. Aluminum melts at 1200° F. There's no mystery...
B-52s are flying fuel tanks. A crash will burn it up. Aluminum melts at far below the adiabatic flame temperature of burning jet fuel, and the evaporating aluminum will also burn.
Fully fueled all combustibles add to it..
Usually the debris field is larger and very dense components like the landing gear, turbine engines and large sections on the fuselage will still be recognizable.
