Ireland announced it. It has not implemented it. This requires a vote and actually should be a referendum as it involves freedom of speech.
This has nothing to do with children. These people are more than happy bombarding children with degenerate filth in schools and injecting them with bio-weapons.
This is about narrative control and suppression of information regarding the barbaric behaviour of both immigrants and now the public service thug force (police).
