And what does this mean for their lives? What sort of adults will they be? Will they be emotionally healthy wives and mothers? Will they be good citizens, or a burden to society? What is the outcome of not only enduring this level of evil, but knowing that those who should have, COULD have protected them, choose not to? What does that do to their psyches? And how does it empower the evil men who were allowed to and encouraged to commit these atrocities?

It means that there needs to be a community out reach to provide therapy but hard to do so if the criminals that did this are still running around.
