Some nations are willing to face reality. Others aren't nearly to that point, but will eventually decide that the massive immigration was a mistake... and some nations will remain in denial for decades.
I would put France in a 4th category... not knowing how many immigrants came in, where they all are... and having no clue about how to sort out who should be here and who shouldn't. France will be hopelessly lost.
Here is one test....all dark skinned people who speak French fluently will get to stay, all others get to board the next deportation plane, no exceptions.

Ask where they are from in French. If they can't answer, guess and send them anyway.
