Johnson may have given Chicago PD a grant for something generic like ‘Training’ and maybe given a generic ‘Violence is Bad’ speech/statement and promises of support that would never materialize. Much like the rest of the country stopped caring. Hell sometimes shootings in Chicago barely make the news in Chicago. People have become so fucking desensitized to Chiraqs body counts and crime rates. The only time they make National News now is if the body count of killed or wounded is unusually high.
