the US government isn’t free to do whatever it wants, just because its doing it outside the US borders
So, if they go speeding through our galaxy in their superior technology, they do not get a pass any longer.

There are many things already decided and in our laws and Constitution. SCOTUS must be getting tired of cases already decided and on the books.
