Nullification happens when "AutoPen" Jackson is stripped of her position and every decision/vote she has rendered is automatically voided. This decision and other 5-4's revert to a position of stalemate until Trump appoints her replacement.

Good question. BUT .... if fake/dead people can cast votes, can't a fake postmark also be created?
