Exclusive--Trump: SCOTUS Slaughter Decision 'More Than Made Up' for 'Disappointing' Birthright Citizenship Ruling
President Donald Trump told Breitbart News in an exclusive Oval Office interview on Tuesday evening that while he is disappointed about the Supreme Court's ruling upholding birthright citizenship, the court's decision in the Trump v. Slaughter case, which ...
excellent question! with the Slaughter decision, the Pres. can “slaughter” the SES Senior Executive Service hold on leadership entrenched within the executive branch
the Birthright citizenship terrible decision can be remedied in due time
This decision is Unconstitutional to say the least ,their is congressional input in the choosing of a FED Chairman but no Authority from any Branch /Exec/Judic/Legis/ to Fire a sitting FED Gov,so where does the Authority lye ,in it's self.
IT'S BECAUSE THE CENTRAL BANKS ARE NOT FEDERAL and Hence why we have a Deficit of 38 TRILLION DOLLARS and why TAX PAYERS are footing the Bill for Jerome Powell's little 2 BILLION DOLLAR renovation over at the FEDERAL RESERVE BUILDING that Trump is going to STOP THIS BULLSHIT FACADE . we hope.
Because Cook was fired for cause, the court decided she is allowed to defend herself from the accusations.
Theoretically, if Trump had fired her without cause, she would be fired. That's why Trump called it a minor procedural issue, because the reason is provable and she won't be able to successfully defend herself.
So if he can fire without cause...
Powell can be fired from his board seat.
Right?
I believe that's correct.
