I would question why random Federal Judges seem to have the power to unilaterally block or change National Security and Foreign Policy.
With the Supreme Court you can at least make the argument as the top court and one of the courts originally set down. They have more standing to add their two cents.

Like why does a random judge no one’s ever heard of have that ability?
These regional federal court judges are NULL & VOID !! The Supreme Court has overwatch on them. just ignore all of them or better yet, send in the US Marshalls and arrest these giant egos.
