Don't take this at face value. This is all over the MSM which means as usual that they are pushing a talking point. When new housing developments are built in UK the developers are required to build a certain amount of "social housing" meaning that the big expensive houses have to be accompanied by smaller and supposedly "affordable" units. According to the fake news this council in Shropshire has repurposed the social housing as housing for asylum seekers. Only problem is that the video shows a 3 or 4 bed detached instead.
Don't take this to mean I am some sort of liberal who welcomes inward migration, but this story is glowy af.
Thing is all must meet building regulations, and they are quite extreme. In effect the only difference is you get a slightly cheaper light fitting in the kitchen, although even that is not really happening any more. You might get cheaper tiling in the bathroom, and the white goods are often "slots" for stand alone rather than integrated, but that is about it.
Then, for social rent, the councils/housing associations tend to have a list of fit out items they provide. So they will carpet it, sign up for broadband so that is ready to go, and in many cases provide white goods and a wall mounted TV. In aggregate the difference is very minor.
They do tend to be the houses in the awkward plots with smaller gardens, stuff like that, or frequently the estate will have a block of 1 and 2 bed flats to meet the requirement, that's at the back, whatever plot is next to something undesirable like a road/rail line or adjoining industrial estate etc.
But larger families of immigrants, needing 4 or more beds, those are going to be identical to private sale units because no developer makes slight downgrades to large units, never happens.
If the British people don’t rise up, soon there will be no British people.
That's right.
Water temp for British frogs in the Cabal pot raises another smidge; nears boiling point . . .
Definitely. Sad but true.
