Funny how I posted this news first yesterday and now about 4 other posts have since been stickied on this😕 I even added the link to article along with copy & pasting the whole article so you could read it in comments.
I have found that if I think a post is pretty important, after I post, I hit deport and in comments input sticky? Or if I see a post that looks important that has not yet been stickied, I do the same thing.
I do that for other people's posts that I think is important, but I feel weird to ask the mods to sticky my own. I might ask for a flair to be added to my post because I can't find a good one for it. It just annoys me that they get upset about duplicate posts but will sticky 3-4 on the same topic/news, and even more so when you posted about that news hours or a day before anyone else, but they sticky the newer ones. Especially when there are times when I accidently posted a duplicate post, mine is taken down right away, but I'm forever seeing all these duplicates, and they aren't taken down. I've even deleted my own posts if I'm scrolling and realized I missed seeing a duplicate of what I posted but it was posted before mine. I try to search with different words or by scrolling really quick but still missed them or the title is totally different. It gets frustrating.
I think this applies to quite a few faces, Drop #24 refers to this. I guess those not already trapped are being trapped using those that already are, or in this case, their relatives.
