No kidding. I was living in LA County in 1990 when they let in a million Mexicans. Instantly the streets were littered with piles of garbage and the walls were filled with graffiti.
OMG yes! Since the northeast has been inundated with Dominicans, the amount of trash that is dumped on the streets is unbelievable. The road clean-up people gather piles and piles of the stuff and in ONE WEEK it looks like they never touched it.
South Americans and the other half of the island og Haiti. They are both disgusting animals. The funny thing is that the Dominicans going back to visit are pissed because all the jobs in the DR (since whole villages/areas have emigrated to the US) are now being filled by Haitians. They don't speak spanish and it pisses them (the Dominicans) off to no end. They get even more pissed when I point out that is how the majority of Americans feel when we have to listen to spanish spoken here.
You probably mean to say the island of Hispaniola.
The Dominican frustration is kind of amusing. The Haitians would speak French and/or Haitian Creole (Creole = French + African). That should drive a Spanish-speaker nutty.
This (and littering becomes almost extinct)

Dirty. Absolutely no personal responsibility. They belong in mexico.
When we first moved to Southern md , the roads were spotless. Now not so much
I am sorry to say but south Americans are filthy pigs.
